Our team completed the full painting package for Montane Apartments, a residential development of 150 apartments across 6 buildings (25 apartments each) in North Kellyville. The works covered all 150 apartments including lobbies, car park, external façades and common areas. The project was delivered for developers Eddie and Brian Hood, with Alliance Building Group as head contractor. We were engaged as Director of the company after winning the project on price and reputation.
