Seven-Storey Cochlear Head Office
Project Overview

Painting Cochlear’s seven-storey head office in Macquarie Park

Our team delivered painting works for the seven-storey Cochlear head office in Macquarie Park, NSW. The project was completed between 2008 and 2009, with Watpac Constructions NSW as the head contractor. Our scope covered the building’s internal offices, corridors and lobbies, as well as external façades, balconies, slab edges and stairs.

The works included painting to walls, ceilings, soffits, bulkheads, doors, frames, skirtings and window reveals, along with line marking and signage, timber fencing and specialist epoxy coating applications.

Our team won the painting tender package based on price and reputation.
